Nonprofit Org Review Process

My menu for nonprofit consulting begins by listening to you – your view of what’s really going on, what you’d like to be accomplishing vs. your challenges, and then a frank discussion of possible options and, hopefully, some innovative ideas you can use.

I'm confident I can offer some insight based on several decades of experience and some different ways of looking at your organization that will be of benefit.

Also . . . from my experience, one of the most significant challenges facing nonprofit organizations starts at the top.  Board members are not sure of what they should or should not be doing, and are not totally comfortable with their relationship with their chief executive.   And, vice versa.  It takes some honest assessment, but not to face this sometimes sensitive area only inhibits your organization being all it can be to those you serve.

Whether it's board development, fundraising, staff, financial reporting, the way you're telling your story to donors, board/CEO relationships or other concerns . . . there's always room for improvement and it often starts with a frank recognition of the "nonsense" and the application of some "common sense."
